As well as being a 3 x World Champion at 3 weights, he is also ranked No1 in the world , No1 in the UK in 2 weight divisions, a triple British Champion, represents GB, a WAKO Gold meddallist, a fully Qualified Personal Instructor in Kickboxing, Fitness Diet and Nutrition and Circuit Training, has nearly 20 years Martials arts experience in various styles and has been trained by greats such as Benny 'The Jet' Urquidez, Ramond 'The Diamond' Dekkers, Ivan Hippolyte, Cor Hemmers, Ernesto Hoost's 'Team Perfect', Grandmaster Sor Vorapin, Dennis Kraweel and Bill 'Superfoot' Wallace.
